1. Scope of Agreement

By accessing or using the digital applications, API services, RFQ network, or vendor portal operated by Rishal Babu & Co. Private Limited, users agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Data Integrity & Verification

Vendors warrant that all tax identification numbers (GSTIN, PAN), business addresses, and bank settlement details submitted are accurate and legally verified.
