1. Order Cancellation Rules

Purchase orders can be cancelled free of penalty prior to raw material procurement or production sign-off. Once custom tooling or manufacturing has commenced, cancellations are subject to accrued production costs.

2. Quality Defect Returns

If delivered goods fail technical tolerance specifications defined in the PO, buyers may initiate a Return & Replacement ticket within 7 business days of delivery receipt.
