Official Rules & Content Guidelines.
Welcome to the 2M Pixel World. To ensure a premium, permanent, and safe digital monument for everyone, all citizens and land owners must strictly abide by the following rules.
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 • Last Updated: September 27, 2026.
1. Content Restrictions
2M Pixel World operates as an open digital monument. Users are permitted to upload content or link to URLs covering a wide variety of topics, including pornography, explicit adult content, gambling, NFTs, and cryptocurrency, provided they are legal in their operating jurisdiction.
However, we maintain a strict ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for illegal or harmful content. You may NOT upload images or link to URLs that contain, promote, or facilitate:
- Illegal drugs, black market goods, or weapons.
- Human trafficking or any form of child exploitation.
- Hate speech, discrimination, racism, incitement of violence, or activities related to illegal groups.
- Phishing, malware, scams, or malicious scripts.
2. The "No Refund" Permanence Policy
The entire premise of 2M Pixel World is permanence. Once you purchase a plot and your transaction is confirmed, that coordinate space is permanently locked to your account.
Because we immediately allocate blockchain/database resources and deny that space to other potential buyers, all sales are absolutely final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or "plot moves" if you decide you wanted a different location. Please double-check your coordinates before checkout.
3. Link & Image Maintenance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the destination URL associated with your pixels remains active and safe. If your website goes offline, the link on the canvas will simply lead to a dead page. We do not actively monitor link uptime.
However, if a previously safe link is hijacked, sold to a malicious entity, or redirected to illegal content, we reserve the right to forcefully remove the link to protect our users, without compensation.
4. Botting & Market Manipulation
The use of automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to aggressively reserve or purchase pixels is strictly prohibited. Our systems monitor for rapid API abuse to keep the playing field fair for human buyers.
If we detect malicious botting aimed at locking up the grid (preventing legitimate users from buying) or exploiting the payment gateway, your IP will be blocked and your account will be permanently banned.
5. The $711k Founder Grant Program & Squad Pitch Showcase (Game of Skill)
To empower founding creators and builders, we are awarding up to a $711,000 USD Milestone Founder Grant Pool across 100 progressive milestones (20,000 pixels = 1 milestone). Grant allocation is strictly governed by our Referral Squad mechanism and evaluated as a constitutionally protected Game of Skill.
How the Founder Squad Program Works (End-to-End)
- 1Squad Captain Purchase (Minimum 3 Pixels)To initiate a squad, a user (the "Captain") must purchase a plot consisting of at least 3 pixels. During the checkout process, the Captain will be prompted to enter the exact email addresses of 3 teammates they wish to invite to their squad.
- 2Squad Creation & InvitationsUpon successful payment, the system registers a `ReferralTeam` bound to the Captain's email. Automated email invitations containing a unique call-to-action are instantly dispatched to the 3 invited teammates. The squad status is initially marked as PENDING.
- 3Teammate Pixel Plots (Attribution)The 3 invited teammates must visit the canvas and purchase their own pixels (any size, anywhere on the canvas). They must check out using the exact email address they were invited with. Our system securely attributes their purchase to the Captain's squad.
- 4Squad Activation & Pitch UnlockOur backend continuously monitors incoming purchases. Once all 3 invited teammates have successfully completed their transactions, the squad's status is officially upgraded to ACTIVE. This unlocks the Pitch Submission Portal for the Captain.
- 5Creative Pitch & Live Celebrity Showcase (Game of Skill)The Captain submits their squad's project title, 140-character vision pitch, and canvas artwork concept. During batch milestone live broadcasts, an independent celebrity guest judge reviews active squad pitches and crowns the winning squad based purely on creativity, originality, and execution.
Governance, Statutory Compliance & Anti-Fraud Rules:
- Pure Game of Skill: Grants are awarded solely on merit, originality, and creative pitch presentation evaluated by guest judges. There is no lottery, random number generator, or element of chance.
- Milestone-Funded Progression: Grant allocations are unlocked sequentially as each 20,000-pixel milestone is completed and funded directly from milestone proceeds.
- Statutory Tax Deduction (TDS): In accordance with Section 194B/194BA of the Indian Income Tax Act, 1961, all monetary grants, checks, and hardware items are subject to statutory deductions, including 30% TDS. Captains must provide valid PAN and KYC documentation prior to disbursement.
- Legitimate Emails Only: Registering fake or "ghost" email accounts to artificially activate a squad is strictly prohibited and results in immediate disqualification and account forfeiture.
By purchasing pixels on 2mpixel.world, you automatically agree to these rules as well as our full Terms of Service.
